KIMISUITE

Modular SaaS business platform & app ecosystem

Most small businesses end up running their day-to-day out of five or six different tools — one for invoicing, another for the customer list, a separate app for bookings — none of which talk to each other. KIMISUITE was built to fix exactly that: a single workspace where a business picks the modules it actually needs and has them work together as one connected product, instead of a pile of logins and spreadsheets that all need to be kept in sync by hand.

The platform covers the everyday work of running a business — customer relationships, invoicing and billing, project and task management, and appointment bookings — all sharing the same underlying data. A customer added in one module shows up automatically wherever it's needed next, whether that's an invoice or a booking, so nothing has to be typed in twice. Because it's built to serve many different businesses at once, each company gets its own private, secure workspace while sharing the same underlying infrastructure, which keeps the platform affordable without compromising anyone's data.

My part in the project was building out core functionality for several of these modules and, more specifically, the integration layer that lets the platform's own modules and outside tools behave like one seamless product rather than a set of features bolted together. It's the kind of work a user never sees directly — but notices immediately if it isn't there.
