LunaLink
Cross-platform app — iOS, Android & Web from one codebase
LunaLink needed to be available on iOS, Android and the web from day one, on a timeline and budget that didn't allow for three separate teams building three separate apps in parallel — a common bind for a young product that has to prove itself everywhere at once.
I designed the product around a single shared codebase that ships to all three platforms from one source, so a feature built once shows up on iOS, Android and the web at the same time, and the team maintains one codebase instead of three. That decision shaped everything downstream: how quickly new features could ship, how consistent the experience felt across devices, and how much ongoing maintenance the product actually needed after launch.
As lead developer, I owned this end-to-end — the overall architecture, the API and user-authentication layer, and the release process that gets a finished build into the App Store and Google Play. That included setting up an automated release pipeline, so shipping an update became a routine, repeatable step instead of a manual scramble every single time.
